Vegetable Stock Recipe

Ingredients for Vegetable Stock Recipe in Hindi

पानी – 5 कप (Water – 5 cup )
बीन्स – 5 (Beans)
गाजर – 1 (Carrot)
प्याज़ – 1 (Onion)
काली मिर्च – 2 (Black pepper seeds)
गोबी के पत्ते – 4 (Cabbage leaves)
आलू – 1 (Potato)
नमक – 1/4 T spoon (Salt)
धनिया पत्ता – 2 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves – 2 table spoon (finely chopped) )

How to Make Vegetable Stock Recipe – विधि

★ गाजर, प्याज़, गोबी, बीन्स, आलू को छोटे टुकड़ो में काट लीजिये.

★ अब एक बर्तन में पानी, कटा हुआ सब्जी, काली मिर्च, नमक, धनिया पत्ता डाल कर उबालिये. सब्जी अछि तरह पकने के बाद सब्जी को पानी से निकाल कर मिक्सी से बारीक़ पीस लीजिये.

★ अब उबला हुआ पानी में पीसा हुआ सब्जिया को डाल कर 2 मिनट उबाल लीजिये. उसके बाद छान लीजिये. वेजिटेबल स्टॉक तैयार.

Vegetable Stock Recipe In English

★ Cut carrot, onion, cabbage leaves, beans, potato in to small pieces.

★ Take a vessel, add water, vegetable pieces, black pepper seeds, salt, coriander leaves and boil it. After vegetables are boiled, take out them from water and grind them.

★ Add vegetable paste in boiling water and boil for 2 mins then strain it. Vegetable Stock is ready.
