Ingredients for Khoya Coconut Ladoo Recipe
Coconut – 2 1/2 cup (grated)
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder (1/2 T spoon)
Khoya – 1 cup
Cashew, almond, raisins – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 1/4 cup

How to Make Khoya Coconut Ladoo Recipe
★ Heat ghee in a pan. Add cashew, almond, raisins, fry them and keep aside.
★ In same pan add 2 cups of grated coconut and fry. After coconut slightly changes color add khoya and cook. Then add sugar and cook. After sugar melts and mixture becomes thick add fried cashew, almond, raisins and cardamom powder, mix them well then switch off the gas.
★ Apply ghee on palms, take small portion of mixture and make round laddoos. Put remaining ½ cup coconut in a plate, wrap laddoos in coconut and keep them in a plate. Khoya Coconut Laddoos are ready.
