Methi Rice Ricepe

Ingredients for Methi Rice – आवश्यक सामग्री

बासमती चावल – 1 कप (Basmati rice)
मैथी -२ बारीक़ कटी हुई (Fenugreek leaves)
जीरा – 1 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
हल्दी – 1 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
घी – 1 Table spoon (ghee)
धनिया पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Coriander powder)
गरम मसाला – 1 T spoon (garam masala)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
आमचूर पाउडर – 1 T spoon ( Mango powder)
काजू – 250 gm (Cashew nuts)

How to Make Methi Rice – विधि

★ चावल को दो कर 1 घंटे के लिए भिगो कर रकना है.मैथी के पते को धोकर बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ अब एक कड़ाई में घी डाल कर गरम करे,अब जीरा डाल कर भुने,उसके बाद मैथी भी डाल कर 1 मिनट पकाये.अब उसके बाद चावल,नमक,हल्दी डाल कर मिलाये,अवसक्ता अनुसार पानी डाल कर धीमी आंच पर पकाये (1 कप चावल तो 2 कप पानी डालते है.)

★ अब लाल मिर्च पाउडर,गरम मसाला,धनिया पाउडर,आमचूर पाउडर,काजू डाल कर 2 मिनट पकाये.मैथी ब्रियनि तैयार.

★ Wash rice and soak them for 1 hr. Wash fenugreek leaves and finely chop them.

★ Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and fry. Add fenugreek leaves and cook for 1 min. Add rice, salt, turmeric powder and mix. Add sufficient water and cook on low flame (for 1 cup rice add 2 cups of water).

★ Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, cashew nuts and cook for 2 mins. Methi Rice is ready.
