Ingredients for Milk Powder Mysore Pak Recipe
Milk powder – 1 cup
Maida (2 Table spoon )
Ghee – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Cardamom powder (1/2 T spoon)
Salt – (1 pinch )

How to Make Milk Powder Mysore Pak Recipe
★ Take a vessel and add sugar, ½ cup of water and heat it. Boil till it forms one thread consistency.
★ Take a bowl and add maida, milk powder, salt, cardamom powder, 1 spoon ghee and mix.
★ After sugar melts and forms one thread consistency add milk powder and cook for 2 to 3 mins mix well and reduce the flame. After that add 3 spoons of ghee and cook for 3 mins.
★ After mixture is cooked and does not stick to the pan add 3 more spoons of ghee and switch off the gas.
★ Grease a big plate with ghee and pour mixture on it and spread evenly and after cooling cut it into desired shape. Milk Powder Mysore Pak is ready.
