Ingredients for Oats and Poha Chivda Recipe in Hindi

पोहा – 1 कप (Flattened rice)
ओट्स – 1 कप (Oats)
लाई – 1 कप (Puffed rice)
मूंफली – 3 Table spoon (भुना हुआ) (Peanuts)
चना दाल – 2 Table spoon (भुना हुआ) (Bengal graam)
कड़ी पत्ता – 15 -20 (Curry leaves)
हरी मिर्च – 4 (Green chilli)
धनिया पाउडर – 1 1/2 Table spoon (Coriander powder)
हींग – 1 पिंच (Asafoetida)
जीरा पाउडर – 1 1/2 T spoon (Cumin powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

How to Make Oats and Poha Chivda Recipe – विधि

★ कड़ाई में पोहा डाल कर भून कर निकाल लीजिये. उसके बाद ओट्स डाल कर भून कर निकाल लीजिये. हरी मिर्च बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे मूंगफली और चना दाल डाल कर 2 मिनट भुने.उसके बाद कड़ी पत्ता, हरी मिर्च डाल कर भुने, भुने के बाद हींग डाले. अब जीरा पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर डाल कर 1 मिनट भुने. उसके बाद भुना हुआ पोहा, ओट्स, लाई, नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये. सब अछि तरह मिलजाने के बाद गैस बंद कर दीजिये. ओट्स पोहा चिवड़ा तैयार.

Oats and Poha Chivda Recipe In English

★ Take a pan, fry flattened rice in it and keep aside. After that fry oats and keep aside. Finely chop green chillies.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add peanuts, bengal gram and fry for 2 mins. Add curry leaves, green chillies and fry. After frying add asafoetida. Now add cumin powder, coriander powder and fry for 1 min. After that add fried flattened rice, oats, puffed rice, salt, red chilli powder and mix well. After mixing well switch off the gas. Oats and Poha Chivda is ready.
