Ingredients for Omelette Curry Recipe
5 – Egg
3 – Green chilli
Ginger garlic paste (2 Table spoon)
4 – Tomato-
Black mustard seeds (1/2 T spoon)
Cumin seeds – (1/2 T spoon)
Coriander powder (1 T spoon)
Cumin powder (1/2 T spoon)
Corn flour (1 T spoon)
Turmeric powder (1/2 T spoon)
Red chilli powder (1 T spoon)
Salt
Oil
Coriander leaves (3 Table spoon)
Black pepper powder (1/2 T spoon)
Yellow mustard (1 T spoon)
Garam masala powder (1 T spoon)

How to Make Omelette Curry Recipe
★ Finely chop onions and green chillies. Grind yellow mustard and black mustard seeds into paste in grinder. Grind tomatoes in grinder.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, green chilli, ginger garlic paste and fry. Add onions, salt and cook on low flame for 5 mins. Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, 1 spoon of oil and mix.
★ Now add mustard paste and cook for 2 mins. Add tomato paste, garam masala powder, ½ cup water and cook.
★ Take a bowl and beat egg in it. Add corn flour, black pepper powder and whip. Heat oil in a small pan. Pour egg mixture on it and spread evenly and cook omelet on both sides. Take omelet into a plate and cut it into small pieces (cut omelet on your desired size big or small).
★ After gravy becomes thick add omelet pieces and mix slowly then add coriander leaves and switch off the gas. Omelet Curry is ready.
