Ingredients for Paneer Kulcha Recipe
Maida (2 cup)
Paneer (1 cup)(Grated)
Milk 1/2 cup (slightly warmed)
Baking soda (1/4 T spoon)
Curd (1/4 cup)
Baking powder (1/2 T spoon)
Butter (2 Table spoon)
1 – Onion
3 – Green chilli
Sugar (1 T spoon)
Coriander leaves(2 T spoon (Finely chopped))
Garam masala powder (1/4 T spoon)
Salt (1/4 T spoon)

Here is How to make Paneer Kulcha Recipe
★ Finely chop onions and green chilli.
★ Heat 1 spoon of butter in a pan. Add onion, green chilli, paneer and cook. After that add salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and mix them then switch off the gas.
★ Take a bowl and add maida, salt, butter, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, curd, warm milk and knead soft dough. Add oil in dough knead it thoroughly, cover and keep it aside for 3 hrs.
★ Heat tawa. Take lemon size portion from dough and make it round, press slightly and make it like a bowl, put paneer mixture in it and cover from all edges. Roll it into thick chapathi. Put this chapathi on tawa and fry it on both sides. Apply butter on both sides of chapathi and serve. Tasty Paneer Kulcha is ready.
