Ingredients for Paneer Manchurian Recipe
Paneer pieces (300 g.m )
Maida (2 Table spoon)
Red chilli powder (1/4 T spoon)
Corn flour (4 Table spoon)
Ginger garlic paste (1/2 T spoon)
Salt
Oil

Spring onion (2 Table spoon)
Capsicum 1
Ginger (1 Table spoon (finely chopped))

Black pepper powder (1/4 T spoon)
1 Onion
Garlic 1 T spoon (finely chopped)
Soya sauce (1 Table spoon)
Chilli sauce (1/2 Table spoon)
Tomato ketchup (2 Table spoon)
Oil
Corn flour (2 Table spoon)

How to Make Paneer Manchurian Recipe
★ Take a bowl and add maida, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, salt, red chilli powder and mix. Put paneer pieces in it, add some water, mix well and keep aside for 20 mins.
★ Heat oil in a pan (for deep frying). Fry paneer pieces in it till they turn golden brown and keep them aside.
★ Finely chop onion, spring onion and green chilli. Cut capsicum into small pieces.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped ginger, garlic and fry. Now add finely chopped onion, green chilli, capsicum and cook on low flame for 4 mins. After that add chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder and mix well. Now add water in corn flour and mix till they are no lumps. Pour this corn flour mixture in masala, when it comes to boil then add salt, fried paneer and cook for 2 mins. Now add spring onions and switch off the gas. Tasty Paneer Manchurian is ready.
