Ingredients for Pani Puri Recipe
Semolina – (1 cup )
Baking powder (1/4 T spoon)
Salt (1/2 T spoon)
Oil (1 T spoon)
Maida (1 Table spoon)
Stuffing
Potato – (2 cup pieces (boiled) )
Chickpeas – (1/2 cup (boiled) )
Onion – (1/2 cup (pieces) )
Coriander leaves – (1 table spoon (finely chopped) )
Roasted cumin powder (1 T spoon (Roasted))
Chat masala (1 T spoon )
Black salt – to taste
Red chilli powder (1/4 T spoon)
For Water
Mint leaves – (1/2 cup (finely chopped) )
Coriander leaves – (3/4 cup )
Ginger (1 inch piece(
Tamarind pulp (1 Table spoon)
1 – Green chilli
Jaggery – (2 table spoon (grated) )
Roasted cumin powder (1 T spoon)
Chat masala (1 T spoon)
Black salt

How to Make Pani Puri Recipe
★ Take a bowl, add semolina, salt, baking powder and mix well. Add oil, sufficient water and prepare soft dough. Knead dough thoroughly. Cover dough with a wet cloth and keep it aside for 30 mins.
★ Take lemon size portion from dough, roll it to small chapathi, with help of lid or molds cut round puris and keep them in a plate. Mix leftover chapathi dough in main dough. Prepare all puris in similar way.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Slide as many puris as possible in hot oil, press them slightly with strainer so that they puff up, fry on both side till they turn golden brown and keep them aside. Until puris are completely cooled keep them open or else they become soft. Puris are ready.
How to Make Pani Puri Stuffing:
★ Take a bowl add potato pieces, onions, coriander leaves, chat masala, roasted cumin seeds, black salt, boiled chickpeas, red chilli powder and mix well.
★ Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, tamarind pulp, jaggery, green chillies, chat masala, roasted cumin seeds and black salt. Mix this mixture in 4 cups water and filter the water.
★ Take one puri, crack it in center, put 1 spoon potato mixture in it, dip it in water and have it.
