Ingredients for Pav Bhaji Recipe
Cauliflower – (1 Cup (Chopped))
Carrot – (1 Cup (Chopped))
Green peas – (½ Cup)
Potato – 4 (medium size))
2 – (Tomato)
2 – (Onion)
2 – (Green chilli)
Capsicum – (1 (small))
Pav bhaji masala (2 Table spoon)
Ginger garlic paste (2 T spoon)
Garam masala powder (1/2 T spoon)
Turmeric powder (1/2 T spoon)
Red chilli powder (1 T spoon)
Cumin seeds (1/2 T spoon)
Salt
10 – (Pav bread)
Butter (2 -3 Table spoon)
Coriander leaves – (2 table spoons (Finely chopped))

How to Make Pav Bhaji Recipe
★ Boil potatoes, green peas and cauliflower. After boiling remove potato skin. Mash potatoes, cauliflower and green peas.
★ Finely chop onions, green chillies and capsicum.
★ Heat butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds and stir. Add green chillies, onions and stir. Add ginger garlic paste and stir. Add chopped tomatoes and cook on low flame. After tomatoes become soft add capsicum and cook for 2 mins. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, pav bhaji masala and stir well. Add mashed vegetables and stir. Add 2 cups water, salt and stir. Mash thoroughly with a spoon so that everything mixes well. Cook bhaji on low flame for 10 to 12 mins. Add chopped coriander leaves and switch off gas.
★ Heat pan. Slice each pav into 2 horizontally with a knife. Apply butter and fry till it turns golden brown on both sides. Pav is ready. Take bhaji in a bowl and garnish with onions and lemon juice. Tasty Pav Bhaji is ready.
