Ingredients for Poha Cutlet Recipe
Flattened rice (1 cup)
2 – (Potato)
Onion (1/2 cup (finely chopped))
Maida 1/2 cup
Green chilli (2 T spoon (finely chopped))
Cumin seeds (1/2 T spoon)
Mustard seeds (1/2 T spoon)
Red chilli powder (1 T spoon)
Coriander leaves (2 T spoon (finely chopped))
Lemon juice (1 T spoon)
Turmeric powder (1/4 T spoon ()
Chaat masala (1/4 T spoon)
Salt
Oil

How to Make Poha Cutlet Recipe
★ Soak flattened rice in water for 5 mins. Squeeze out water from flattened rice and keep aside. Peel boiled potatoes and mash them.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and fry. Add chopped onion, green chilli and cook. Now add flattened rice, maida, potatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, chat masala, lemon juice and mix well then switch off the gas.
★ Heat tawa. Pour some oil and spread it. Take small portion from mixture with hands and make cutlet, put it on tawa and fry both sides. Veg Poha Cutlet is ready.
