Ingredients for Ragda Recipes
Dry Green peas – 1 cup )
1 – Onion
1 – Tomato
2 -Green chilli
Ginger garlic paste (2 T spoon)
Turmeric powder (1/4 T spoon)
Red chilli powder (1 1/2 T spoon)
Coriander powder (1 T spoon)
Garam masala (1 T spoon)
Cumin seeds (1/2 T spoon)
Coriander leaves – (2 table spoon (finely chopped) )
Sev – 1/4 cup
Onion – 1/4 cup (chopped)
Salt – to taste
Oil – as required

How to Make Ragda Recipe
★ Soak dry green peas overnight or for 8 hrs.
★ Finely chop onion, tomato and green chillies. Now boil soaked green peas.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and fry. Add finely chopped onions, green chillies and cook. After onions turn golden brown add tomatoes and cook. After tomatoes become soft add ginger garlic paste and mix. Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and mix well. Now add boiled green peas and mix. Now add ½ cup water, mash green peas with spoon. If you want to add potato in this you can boil potato, cut it into small pieces and add it. Cook on low flame for 7 to 8 mins.
★ Take ragda into a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves, onions and sev. Ragda is ready.
