Wheat flour (1 cup)
Maida (1 1/2 cup)

How to Make Roomali Roti Recipe
★ Take a bowl and add wheat flour, maida, salt, 1 spoon oil or ghee and mix. Then add sufficient water and knead soft dough. Cover dough with wet cloth and keep it aside for 15 to 20 mins.
★ Make small balls from dough.
★ Heat tawa. Take 2 dough balls and roll them into small puris. Apply ghee or oil on one puri, sprinkle maida on it, place another puri on this, press slightly and roll it. Put this roti on tawa and fry it on high flame on both sides. After frying take roti from tawa and separate two rotis. In similar way fry all rotis. Roomali Roti is ready.
