Ingredients for Soya Manchurian Recipes
Soya chunks – (1 cup )
Cornflour (2 Table spoon)
Red chilli powder (1/2 T spoon
1/4 T spoon (Black pepper powder)
1 – Onion
1 – Capsicum
2 – Table spoon (Chilli sauce)
1 1/2 – Table spoon (Soya sauce)
Garlic – 1 tea spoon (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 tea spoon (finely chopped)
Spring onion – 1 table spoon (finely chopped)
2 – Green chilli
Tomato sauce – 1 Table spoon
Salt – to taste
Oil – as required
How to Make Soya Manchurian Recipe
★ Soak soya chunks in hot water for 3 to 4 mins. After that squeeze out water from soya chunks and keep them in a bowl. In this add corn flour, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and mix well then keep aside for 10 mins.
★ Finely chop onion and green chillies. Cut capsicum into slightly big pieces.
★ Heat 1 spoon oil in a pan. Put soya chunks, slightly fry them, take them out and keep aside.
★ In same pan heat oil. Add finely chopped garlic, ginger and fry. Add finely chopped onion, green chillies and cook. Now add capsicum and cook for 1 min. Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, salt and mix well. Now add ¼ cup of water and cook till gravy becomes thick. Now add soya chunks and cook for 1 min. Add finely chopped onion then switch off the gas. Soya Manchurian is ready.
