Ingredients for Spicy Boondi Recipe
Gram flour – (1 cup )
Rice flour (2 Table spoon)
Peanuts (3 – 4 Table spoon)
Red chilli powder (2 T spoon)
10 – 15 Curry leaves
Oil – as required
Salt – to taste

How to Make Spicy Boondi Recipe
★ Take a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, 1 tea spoon red chilli powder, salt and mix well. Add sufficient water and prepare dosa batter consistency mixture.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Once stir gram flour mixture with spoon. Keep perforated ladle at 6 to 7 inches above hot oil. Pour mixture on perforated ladle with a spoon, mixture falls down from the perforations into the hot oil and becomes boondhi. Fry boondhi till they turn golden brown. Make boondhis like this with remaining mixture and keep aside.
★ In same hot oil (switch off the gas) fry peanuts and keep aside. After that add curry leaves take them out after they become crisp.
★ Now in boondhi add red chilli powder, curry leaves, peanuts and mix well. Spicy Boondhi is ready.
