Banana sheera Recipe

Ingredients for Banana sheera Recipe in Hindi

सूजी – 1 कप (Semolina – 1 cup )
इलायची पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
केला – 3 (Banana)
चीनी – 1/2 कप (Sugar – 1/2 cup )
घी – 3 Table spoon (Ghee)
काजू – 5 -6 (Cashew)
बादाम – 5 -6 (Almond)
गरम पानी – 2 1/2 कप (Warm water – 2 1/2 cup )

How to Make Banana sheera Recipe – विधि

★ अब केला को स्लाइसेस में काट लीजिये. या आप केला को मैश भी करके दाल सकते है.

★ अब कड़ाई घी डालकर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे काजू बादाम डालकर हल्का भून का निकाल लीजिये. अब उसमे सूजी डालकर भुने. अब सूजी का रंग हल्का बदलने के बाद केला डालकर मिलाये. उसके बाद गरम एक हाथ से डालते हुए दूसरे हाथ से मिलते हुए पकाये. उसके बाद चीनी डालकर 2 – 3 मिनट धीमी आंच पर पकाये.

★ उसके बाद इलायची पाउडर, काजू, बादाम डाल कर 1 – 2 मिनट तक पका कर गैस बन्द कर लीजिये. केला शीरा तैयार.

Instructions for Banana sheera Recipe In English

★ Cut bananas into slices or you can mash them.

★ Heat ghee in a pan. Slightly fry almonds, cashew in it and keep aside. In this add semolina and fry. After semolina color changes slightly add banana and mix. After that pour warm water with one hand and stir with another hand. Then add sugar and cook for 2 to 3 mins on low flame.

★ Then add cardamom powder, cashew, almond and cook for 1 or 2 mins then switch off the gas. Banana sheera is ready.
