Ingredients for Butterscotch Burfi Recipe in Hindi

गाड़ा दूध – 1 लीटर (Milk)
चीनी – 1 कप (Sugar)
घी – 2 Table spoon (Ghee)
बटरस्कॉच सिरप – 3 Table spoon (Butterscotch syrup)
अखरोट पीसेस – 1 Table spoon (Walnut)
बादाम, काजू, पिस्ता – 3/4 कप (Badam, cashew, pista)
मिश्री पाउडर – 1 पिंच (Mishri powder)

How to Make Butterscotch Burfi Recipe – विधि

★ सबसे पेहले काजू, बादाम, पिस्ता को छोटे टुकड़ो में काट लीजिये. अब पेन में घी डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे काजू, बादाम, पिस्ता डाल कर भून लीजिये.

★ अब एक बर्तन में दूध डाल कर उबालने रखे. अब उसमे मिश्री डाल कर मिलाते हुये उबालिये. दूध उबालकर आधा होने के बाद चीनी डाल कर मिलाये. उसके बाद बटरस्कॉच सिरप डाल कर मिश्रण थोड़ा गाड़ा होने के बाद गैस बंद कर दीजिये. अब 2 मिनट के लिये ठंडा होने दीजिये.

★ अब दूध मिश्रण में बादाम टुकड़ो का मिश्रण, अखरोट पीसेस डाल कर मिलाये. अब एक पेल्ट में घी लगा कर मिश्रण डाल कर एक जैसा करते हुये फैला दीजिये. ठन्डे होने के बाद पीसेस में काट लीजिये. बटरस्कॉच बर्फी तैयार.

Butterscotch Burfi Recipe In English

★ First cut almonds, cashew and pista into small pieces. Heat ghee in a pan. Fry almonds, cashew and pista in it and keep aside.

★ Pour milk in vessel and boil it. Add mishri powder, stir and boil. After milk boils and reduces to half add sugar. Then add butterscotch syrup and when mixture becomes thick switch off the gas. Let the mixture cool for 2 mins.

★ In milk mixture add almond mixture, walnut pieces and mix. Grease a plate with ghee, put mixture on it and spread evenly. After cooling cut it into pieces. Butterscotch Burfi is ready.
