Chinese Pav Bhaji Recipe

Ingredients for Chinese Pav Bhaji Recipe in Hindi

पाव बन – 4 (Pav bread)
गोबी, गाजर, शिमला मिर्च – 1/2 कप (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Cabbage, Carrot, Capsicum – 1/2 cup (finely chopped))
आलू – 2 (उबला हुआ) (Potato – 2 (boiled) )
टमाटर – 1 (Tomato)
प्याज़ – 2 (Onion)
नूडल्स – 1/2 कप (उबला हुआ) (Noodles – 1/2 cup (boiled) )
लहसुन – 4 (कालिया) (Garlic cloves – 4 )
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
धनिया पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Coriander powder)
सोया सॉस – 2 T spoon (Soya sauce)
काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Black pepper powder)
हरा प्याज़ – 1/4 कप (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Spring onion – 1/4 cup (finely chopped) )
मक्खन – 2 T spoon (Butter)
धनिया पत्ता – 1 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves – 1 table spoon (finely chopped) )
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil – as required )
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste )

Pav Bhaji Recipe in Hindi

How to Make Chinese Pav Bhaji Recipe – विधि

★ प्याज़, टमाटर, लहुसन को बारीक़ काट लीजिये. उबला हुआ आलू का छिलका हटा कर मैश कर लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे लहुसन, प्याज़ डाल कर भून लीजिये. अब उसमे कटा हुआ सब्जी डालकर सब्जी नरम होने तक पकाये. अब उसमे सोया सॉस, काली मिर्च पाउडर, नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर डालकर पकाये. उसके बाद मैश किया हुआ आलू, उबला हुआ नूडल्स, मक्खन, हरा प्याज़ डालकर 2-3 मिनट तक पकाये.

★ पाव बन को बीच से काट कर तवे पर थोड़ा मक्खन या घी डाल कर बन रख कर सेक लीजिये.

★ अब करी को एक बाउल में डाले उसके ऊपर धनिया पत्ता से सजाये. गरमा गरम चाइनीस पाव भाजी तैयार.

Chinese Pav Bhaji Recipe In English

★ Finely chop onion, tomato and garlic. Remove boiled potato skin and mash them.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, onion and fry. Add vegetable pieces and cook till they become soft. Now add soya sauce, black pepper powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cook. Add mashed potato, boiled noodles, butter, spring onions and cook for 2 to 3 mins.

★ Cut pav bun horizontally, put butter or ghee on tawa and fry pav bun on it.

★ Now put curry in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. Chinese Pav Bhaji is ready.
