Chole Paneer Recipe

Ingredients for Chole Paneer Recipe in Hindi

सफ़ेद चना – 1 कप (White chick peas)
प्याज़ – 2 (Onion)
टमाटर – 2 (Tomato)
पनीर – 150 g.m (Paneer)
जीरा – 1 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट – 2 T spoon (Ginger garlic paste)
हल्दी – 1/2 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 2 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
धनिया पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Coriander powder)
गरम मसाला पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Graram masala powder)
अमचूर पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Dry mango powder)
दालचीनी – 1/2 (Cinnamon stick)
लौंग – 3 (Clove)
धनिया पत्ता – 3 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

Chole Paneer Recipe in Hindi

How to Make Chole Paneer Recipe – विधि

★ चना को रात बर के लिये भिगो कर रखे.

★ अब चने को धो कर कुकर में डेल और 2 – 3 पानी, नमक मिलाकर ढककर 3 – 4 विजल आने तक पकाये.

★ प्याज़ को बारीक़ काट लीजिये. टमाटर को काट कर मिक्सी से बारीक़ पीस लीजिये. पनीर को पीसेस में काट लीजिये.

★ कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे दालचीनी, लौंग, जीरा डाल कर भुने. उसके बाद अदरक लशुन का पेस्ट डाल कर मिलाये. उसके बाद बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज़ डाल कर 2 मिनट पकाये. अब पिसा हुआ टमाटर, नमक, हल्दी, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, अमचूर पाउडर मिलाकर 3 मिनट पकाये. अब उबला हुआ चना और 1 कप पानी डाल कर ग्रेवी थोड़ा गाड़ा होने तक पकाये. अब पनीर पीसेस और गरम मसाला पाउडर डाल कर 5 मिनट और पकाये. अब धनिया पत्ता मिलकर गैस बन्द कर लीजिये. गरमा गरम छोले पनीर तैयार.

Chole Paneer Recipe In English

★ Soak chick peas overnight.

★ Wash chick peas, put them in cooker add 2 to 3 cups of water, salt, cover with lid and cook for 3 to 4 whistles.

★ Finely chop onions. Cut tomatoes and grind them in grinder. Cut paneer into pieces.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon, clove, cumin seeds and fry. Add ginger garlic paste and mix. Add onions and cook for 2 mins. Add tomato paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and cook for 3 mins. Add boiled chick peas, 1 cup water and cook till gravy becomes slightly thick. Add paneer pieces, garam masala powder and cook for 5 mins. Now add coriander leaves then switch off the gas. Chole Paneer is ready.
