Crispy Potatoes In Tomato Soup Recipe

Ingredients for Crispy Potatoes In Tomato Soup Recipe in Hindi

वेजिटेबल स्टॉक – 3 कप (Vegetable stock – 3 cup )
धनिया पत्ता – 1 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves – 1 table spoon (finely chopped))
आलू – 4 (Potato)
काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Black pepper powder)
टमाटर का प्यूरी – 1/2 कप (Tomato puree)
प्याज़ – 1 (Onion)
लहसुन – 3 (कालिया) (Garlic cloves – 3 )
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

How to Make Crispy Potatoes In Tomato Soup Recipe – विधि

★ आलू का छिलका हटा कर धो लीजिये. उसके बाद छोटे छोटे पीसेस में काट लीजिये. प्याज़ और लहसुन को बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में 1 1/2 बड़े चम्मच तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे कटा हुआ आलू डाल कर ब्राउन (क्रिस्पी) होने तक तल कर एक बाउल में निकाल लीजिये. उसके बाद आलू में नमक और काली मिर्च पाउडर डाल कर मिलाये.

★ अब कड़ाई में 1/2 चम्मच तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज़ और लहसुन डाल कर भून लीजिये. उसके बाद वेजिटेबल स्टॉक, नमक, टमाटर प्यूरी डाल कर ग्रेवी गाड़ा होने तक मिलाते हुये पकाये.

★ अब सूप को एक बाउल में डाल कर उसके ऊपर आलू और धनिया पत्ता डालिये. गरमा गरम क्रिस्पी आलू इन टोमेटो सूप तैयार.

Crispy Potatoes In Tomato Soup Recipe In English

★ Remove potato skin and wash them. Cut them in to small pieces. Finely chop onions and garlic.

★ Heat 11/2 big spoons of oil in pan. Add potato pieces and fry till they turn golden brown (crispy) and keep them in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder in potato pieces and mix.

★ Heat 11/2 spoons of oil in pan. Add onions, garlic and fry them. Add vegetable stock, salt, tomato puree stir and cook till soup becomes thick.

★ Take out soup in a bowl, garnish with potatoes and coriander leaves. Tasty Crispy Potatoes in Tomato Soup is ready.
