Dahi Ki Sabzi Recipe

Ingredients for Dahi Ki Sabzi Recipe in Hindi

बीन्स – 250 g.m (Beans)
गाजर – 250 g.m (Carrot)
फुललगोबी – 1/2 cup (Cauliflower)
मटर – 100 g.m (Green peas)
दही – 250 ml (Curd)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
हल्दी – 1 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
गरम मसाला – 2 T spoon (Garam masala)
जीरा पाउडर – 2 T spoon (Cumin powder)
धनिया पाउडर – 2 T spoon (Coriander powder)
धनिया पत्ता – 1 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट – 1 Table spoon (Ginger garlic paste)
प्याज़ – 2 (Onion)

How to Make Dahi Ki Sabzi Recipe – विधि

★ सबसे पेहले बीन्स, गाजर, फुल गोबी को टुकड़ो में काट लीजिये. अब कटा हुआ सब्जी और मटर को मिलाकर उबाल लीजिये.प्याज़ को बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ अब एक कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे कटा हुआ प्याज़ और अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट डाल कर भुने. अब हल्दी, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, गरम मसाला, धनिया पाउडर, जीरा पाउडर डाल कर 1 मिनट पकाये. अब उसमे दही को फेट कर डाले. अब उबला हुआ सब्जी, नमक, धनिया पत्ता डाल कर 2 मिनट पकाये. गरमा गरम दही सब्जी तैयार.

Dahi Ki Sabzi Recipe In English

★ Cut beans, carrot and cauliflower into pieces. Boil vegetable pieces and green peas. Finely chop onions.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, ginger garlic paste and fry. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook for 1 min. Whip curd and add it. Add boiled vegetables, salt, coriander leaves and cook for 2 mins. Dahi Ki Sabzi is ready.
