Ingredients for Almond Burfi Recipe
Almond – (1 1/2 cup )
Milk – (1/2 ltr )
Sugar – (2 cup )
Ghee – (1 table spoon )
Cardamom powder (1/4 T spoon)
How to Make Almond Burfi Recipe
★ Soak almonds in hot water for 20 mins. After that peel them and grind them in mixer.
★ Heat milk in a pan. After milk boils and begins to thicken then add almond mixture. Now cook on low flame by stirring in between. After that add sugar, ghee, cardamom powder and cook till mixture becomes thick.
★ Grease a plate with ghee. Now put almond mixture in the plate and spread evenly. After cooling cut it into pieces. Badam Burfi is ready.
