How to Make Aloo 65 Recipes
★ Boil potatoes then remove skin and cut them into small pieces.
★ Take a bowl and add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, maida, corn flour, salt, lemon juice and mix them. Then add curd and mix well. Now add potato pieces, mix well and keep aside for 5 to 6 mins.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Add potato pieces in it and cook on medium flame and cook till they turn golden brown then remove them and keep them aside. potatoes 65 is ready.
★ potatoes 65 can also be made in another way
★ Half boil potatoes, remove skin and grate them. If potatoes are fully boiled then keep them in refrigerator for some time then grate them.
★ Take a bowl and add grated potato, 1 pinch turmeric powder, ½ spoon red chilli powder, 2 spoons maida, finely chopped coriander leaves, salt, tea spoon lemon juice and mix well. Make small balls with potato mixture and deep fry them.
★ In 1 cup curd add ½ tea spoon red chilli powder, 1 spoon maida, some water and mix well.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, dry red chilli, curry leaves and fry. Add ginger garlic paste and mix. Now add curd mixture, salt and cook for 1 min. Now add fried potato balls and cook till curd mixture is absorbed nicely. Add coriander leaves and switch off the gas. potato 65 is ready.
