Mustard seed (1 T spoon )
Cumin seeds – half a teaspoon
Fenugrreek seeds (1 T spoon)
Tamarind (50 gm)

★ Wash guavas, cut each guava in to two pieces and remove seeds. Now cut guava in to small pieces.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, green chillies and fry them. After that add guava pieces, tamarind and cook for 5 mins.
★ After cooling, grind this mixture to fine paste in grinder. Heat 1 spoon of oil in a small pan. Now add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and fry them. Mix this tempering in chutney. Tasty Amrud ki Chutney is ready.
