Ingredients for Bombay Halwa Recipes
Corn flour (1/2 cup)
Ghee (2 – 3 Table spoon)
Sugar (1 1/2 cup)
Cardamom powder (1/4 T spoon)
Cashew, (almond 1/4 cup)
Orange (food colour (1 pinch)
How to Make Bombay Halwa Recipes
★ Take a bowl add corn flour, 1 ½ cup water and mix till no lumps are found then keep it aside.
★ Heat 1 tea spoon of ghee in a small pan. In this add almond, cashew fry them and keep aside.
★ Take another pan add sugar, 1 cup water and heat it. After sugar melts completely add corn flour mixture stir continuously and cook on low flame. After mixture becomes thick add food color, cardamom powder, ghee and mix well. Then add almond, cashew and switch off the gas.
★ Grease a plate with ghee. Put halwa mixture in it and spread evenly. After 1 hour cut it into your desired shape. Bombay Halwa is ready.
