Tamarind 10 g.m
6 Garlic clove
Onion1 T spoon (chopped)
Bengal gram 1/2 T spoon
Black pepper seeds (1/2 T spoon )
Coriander leaves (1/2 T spoon (finely chopped) )
Asafeotida (1 pinch)
Curry leaves (5 -7)
Cumin seeds (1/2 T spoon)
Mustard seeds (1/2 T spoon)
Turmeric powder (1/4 T spoon)
Lemon juice (1Table spoon)
How to Make Garlic Rasam Recipe
★ Soak tamarind in 1 cup of water. Crush with hands and extract tamarind juice
★ Cut tomato in to small pieces.
★ Take a pan add bengal gram, black pepper and fry. After cooling grind them in grinder.
★ Take a vessel add 2 cups water, tamarind juice, salt, onion, tomato, garlic cloves, turmeric powder and cook on low flame. After Rasam comes to boil add ground black pepper, bengal gram powder and cook for 10 mins. Add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
★ Heat oil in small pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and fry them. Add this in rasam and mix. After this mix lemon juice. Tasty Garlic Rasam is ready.
