Ingredients for Paneer Curry
Paneer -250 gm
Ginger -1 inch piece
Curd – ½ Cup
Oil or Ghee – 3 or 4 table spoons
Asafoetida -1 Pinch (Hing)
Cumin seeds – ½ tea spoon (Jeera)
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Coriander Powder – 1 tea spoon
Red Chilli Powder – ½ tea spoon
Garam masala powder – ¼ tea spoon
Coriander leaves – 1 table (Finely chopped)
Paneer Curry Recipe In English
★ Cut paneer to pieces. Grind tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and curd to paste in mixer. Heat oil in a pan. Fry paneer in oil till they turn golden brown on all sides. Take out and keep them in a plate.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, cumin seeds and fry them. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mix. After that add curd tomato paste and mix. Fry till oils floats on masala. Add water, salt in this masala and mix. When it comes to boil add fried paneer, garam masala and cook for 2 to 3 mins stirring with a spoon. Take curry in to a bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves. Tasty Paneer Curry is ready.
