Ingredients for Paneer Cutlets Recipes
Potato– 1 (big size)
Paneer 1 cup (grated)
Carrot– 1/2 cup (grated)
2 Green chilli
Ginger garlic paste (1 T spoon)
Coriander leaves– 2 table spoon (finely chopped)
Maida (1 Table spoon)
Garam masala powder (1/2 T spoon)
Chat masala powder (1/2 T spoon)
Corn flour (1 cup ()
Bread crumbs (1 1/2 cup)
Oil– as required
How to Make Paneer Cutlets Recipes
★ Boil potatoes and mash them. Finely chop onions and green chillies.
★ Take a bowl and add mashed potatoes, salt, maida, carrot, onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, grated paneer, coriander leaves, garam masala powder, chat masala and mix well.
★ Take small portion from mixture, press with hands, make round or oval shaped cutlet. Prepare all cutlets similarly. Put bread powder in a plate and add water in corn flour and prepare solution.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Take one cutlet dip it in corn flour solution and wrap it in bread powder. Drop it in oil and fry on both sides till they turn golden brown. Fry all cutlets in same way. Tasty Paneer Cutlets are ready.
