Ingredients for Paneer Fried Rice Recipe
Basmati Rice – (1 Cup)
Paneer (200 g.m)
1 – (Onion)
1 – Carrot
Capsicum – (half)
2 – Green chilli
Coriander powder (1 T spoon)
Red chilli powder (1 T spoon)
Coriander leaves – 3 table spoons (finely chopped))
Turmeric powder (1/ 4 T spoon)
Oil – as required
3 – (Garlic)
How to Make Paneer Fried Rice Recipe
★ Wash rice and keep it soaked for 30 mins. After that cook the rice and keep it aside.
★ Finely chop onion, carrot, capsicum, garlic cloves.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Fry paneer pieces in it until golden brown and keep them aside. In same pan add little more oil and heat it. Add chopped garlic cloves and fry them. Now add chopped onions, green chillies and stir. Add chopped carrot, capsicum, salt, coriander leaves and stir. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and stir. Add fried paneer and cook for 2 mins. Add cooked rice to it and mix well. Tasty paneer fried rice is ready.
