Ingredients for Pudina Paratha Recipes
Wheat flour (2 cup)
Mint leaves (1 cup)
Cumin powder 1/2 T spoon
Red chilli powder (1/2 T spoon)
Coriander powder (1/2 T spoon)
Salt – to taste
Oil – as required
How to Make Pudina Paratha Recipe
★ Finely chop mint leaves.
★ Take a bowl and add wheat flour, salt, 1 spoon oil, finely chopped mint leaves and mix. Add sufficient water and knead dough. Cover dough and keep aside for 10 mins.
★ In a small bowl mix cumin powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder.
★ Take small portion from dough and shape it into ball. Wrap it in dry flour, roll it into chapathi, apply oil on chapathi and spread evenly with a spoon, sprinkle some masala powder on it, roll chapathi from one edge like a fan with pleats then fold towards the end and then roll tightly to a circle, press slightly. Now roll this into paratha using rolling pin. In same way roll all parathas.
★ Heat tawa. Put paratha, apply oil on both sides and fry it. Pudina Paratha is ready.
