Ingredients for Shahi Egg Curry Recipes
4 – Egg
Curd (2 Table spoon)
2 Green chilli
Ginger (1/2 inch piece)
Malai (1 Table spoon)
Red chilli powder (1 T spoon)
Coriander powder (1 T spoon)
Garam masala (1 T spoon)
Kasuri methi (2 T spoon)
Chat masla (1/2 T spoon)
Coriander leaves (1 Table spoon(finely chopped))
Salt – to taste
Oil – as required
How to Make Shahi Egg Curry Recipe
★ Boil eggs, remove skin and keep aside.
★ Grind ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion into fine paste.
★ Take a bowl add curd, cream and mix well.
★ Heat oil in a pan. In this add ground onion mixture and cook. Then add curd mixture and cook. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, kasoori methi, salt and mix. Add 1 cup water and cook for 10 mins.
★ Add boiled eggs and cook for 2 mins. Then add chat masala, coriander leaves and switch off the gas. Shahi Egg Curry is ready.
