Ingredients for Soya Chunks Pulao Recipes
Basmati Rice (1 1/2 cup)
Soya chunks – 1 cup
Green peas – 1/4 cup
2 Green chilli
Ginger garlic paste (1 T spoon)
Turmeric powder (1/4 T spoon)
Red chilli powder (1 1/2 T spoon)
1 Bay leaf
Saunf (1/2 T spoon)
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Mint leaves (2 T spoon)
Coriander leaves – 1 table spoon (finely chopped)
Salt – to taste
Oil – as required
How to Make Soya Chunks Pulao Recipes
★ Wash rice with water and soak them for 30 mins.
★ Finely chop onions and green chillies. Cut carrot into small pieces.
★ Soak soya chunks in warm water for 10 mins.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Add fennel seeds, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, bay leaf and fry. Add finely chopped onions, green chillies and cook. Now add ginger garlic paste and mix. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, soya chunks, carrot, green peas and cook for 5 mins. Now add 3 cups of water and mix. Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, rice and mix. Cook on low flame for 8 to 10 mins. Soya Chunks Pulao is ready.
