Ingredients for Mango Ice Cream Recipe in Hindi

क्रीम – 3 कप (Cream – 3 Cups)
आम – 2 (बड़ा ) (Mango – 2 (Big size))
वेनिला एक्सट्रेक्ट – 1 T spoon (Venila extract)
चीनी – 3 कप (Sugar – 3 Cups)

How to Make Mango Ice Cream Recipe – विधि

★ सबसे पहले आम धोइये, छीलिये और छोटे टुकड़ो में काट ले, अब मिक्सी में आम और चीनी मिलाकर पीस लीजिये.

★ क्रीम को अछि तरह फैट लीजिये, फेटा हुआ क्रीम में आम का डाल कर अछि तरह मिलाये, अगर आपको चीनी कम लग रहा है थोड़ा चीनी डाल कर मिला सकते.

★ उसके बाद वेनिला एक्सट्रेक्ट डाल कर मिलाये, अब आम के मिश्रण को एक कन्टेनर में डाल कर फ्रीज़ में रखे, अब मिश्रण आधा जमने के बाद फ्रीज़ से निकाल कर फिर से चम्मच से 1 मिनट फेट ले, मिश्रण को कन्टेनर में डाल कर फिर फ्रीज़ में रखे, इसी तरह 3 बार करने से आम आइसक्रीम और नरम बनेगा, अब आम आइसक्रीम (Mango ice cream) तैयार, ठंडी ठंडी आम आइसक्रीम परोसिये और खाइये.

Mango Ice Cream Recipe In English

★ Wash mangoes, remove skin and cut them in to small pieces. Grind mango pieces and sugar in mixer.

★ Whip cream, in this cream add mango paste and mix well. If sugar is less, you can add sugar and mix.

★ Add vanilla extract and mix. Pour this mango mixture in a container and keep it in refrigerator. When it is half frozen take it out, again whip it for 1 min with a spoon. Again pour this in container and keep it in refrigerator. Repeat this for 3 times, this will make mango ice cream softer. Tasty Mango Ice Cream is ready.
