Ingredients for Milk Poori Recipe in Hindi

गेहू का अट्टा – 2 कप (Wheat flour – 2 cups)
चीनी – 5 Table spoon (Sugar)
इलायची पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
दूध – 4 कप (Milk 4 cup)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
घी – 2 T spoon (Ghee)
बादाम – 1 Table spoon (कदुकस किया हुआ)(Almond – 1 table spoon (grated))

How to Make Milk Poori Recipe – विधि

★ एक बाउल में गेहू का अट्टा, नमक, घी डाल कर मिलाये. अब उसमे थोडा थोडा पानी मिलाकर नरम अट्टा गुथ लीजिये. अब को गिला कपडे से डक्कर 30 मिनट तक एक साइड में रख दीजिये.

★ अब एक बर्तन में दूध डाल कर दूध आधा होने तक उबालिये. अब उसमे चीनी और इलायची पाउडर डाल कर चीनी गलने के बाद गैस बंद कर लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब अट्टे से छोटे छोटे लोई थोड कर छोटे पूरी बेल कर गरम तेल में डाल कर तल कर निकाल लीजिये. अब पूरी को उबला हुआ दूध मिश्रण में डाल कर उसके ऊपर बादाम से सजाये. दूध पूरी तैयार.

Milk Poori Recipe In English

★ Take a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, ghee and mix well. Add sufficient water and knead soft dough. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside for 30 mins.

★ Take a vessel, pour milk and boil till milk is reduced to half. Add sugar, cardamom powder and boil till sugar completely dissolves in milk then switch off the gas.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Take small portion from dough, make small puris, slide them in to hot oil and fry them. Put puris in milk mixture and garnish with almonds. Tasty Milk Puri is ready.
