Ingredients for Palak Chicken Recipe in Hindi

चिकन – 200 g.m (Chicken)
प्याज़ – 2 (Onion)
काजू – 50 g.m (Cashew)
गरम मसाला – 1 T spoon (Garam masala)
हल्दी – 1 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
धनिया पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Coriander powder)
पालक – 2 (bunchs) (Spinach)
क्रीम – 1 Table spoon (Cream)
मक्खन – 1 Table spoon (Butter)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)

Palak Chicken Recipe in Hindi

How to Make Palak Chicken Recipe – विधि

★ पालक की डंडियाँ तोड़ कर हटा दीजिये, पत्तो को धो कर 1 मिनट के लिये पत्तो को गरम पानी में डाल कर रखे, अब पालक को मिक्सी से पीस लीजिये.

★ काजू को छोटे छोटे टुकड़ो में कर लीजिये, प्याज़ काट लीजिये.

★ कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये, तेल गरम होने बाद उसमें कटा हुआ प्याज़ डाल कर भूनें, उसके बाद काजू, धनिया पाउडर, हल्दी, लाल मिर्च पाउडर और गरम मसाला डाल कर पकाये, अब पालक का पेस्ट डाल कर मिलाये, अब चिकन पीसेस और नमक डाल कर मिलाये, उसके बाद क्रीम और मक्खन डाल कर ढककर धीमी आँच पर पकाये, चिकन पूरी तरह पकने के बाद गैस बंद कर दीजिये, गरमा गरम पालक चिकन तैयार, रोटी या नान के साथ खाइये और परोसिये.

Palak Chicken Recipe In English

★ Take spinach, remove stems, wash leaves and soak them for 1 min in hot water then grind spinach in grinder.

★ Cut cashew in to small pieces. Cut onions.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and fry them then add cashew, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and cook. Now add spinach paste and mix. Add chicken pieces, salt and mix then add cream, butter, cover and cook on low flame. After chicken is completely cooked switch off the gas. Serve with rotis or nauns. Tasty Palak Chicken is ready.
