Pista Pudding Recipe

Ingredients for Pista Pudding Recipe in Hindi

पिस्ता – 50 g.m (Pista)
मक्खन – 1 T spoon (Butter)
दूध – 1/2 लीटर (Milk – ½ ltr)
ड्राई फ्रूट्स – 1 Table spoon (Dry fruits)
इलायची पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
चीनी – 150 g.m (Sugar)
अगर अगर – 50 g.m (China grass)

How to Make Pista Pudding Recipe – विधि

★ एक बाउल में 2 कप पानी और अगर अगर डाल कर 15 मिनट भिगोने के लिये रख दीजिये.

★ अब पिस्ता में थोड़ा पानी मिलाकर मिक्सी से बारीक़ पीस लीजिये.

★ अब एक बर्तन में दूध डाल कर उबालने रखे. जब दूध में उबाल आने के बाद आंच को धीमी करके भिगो कर रख हुआ अगर अगर डाल कर पूरी तरह गलने तक मिलाते हुये पकाये. उसके बाद पिस्ता पेस्ट, चीनी, इलायची पाउडर डाल कर अछि तरह मिला कर 2 मिनट पका कर गैस बंद कर लीजिये.

★ अब एक प्लेट में मक्खन लगाकर चिकना कीजिये. अब प्लेट में पिस्ता मिश्रण डाल कर उसके ऊपर ड्राई फ्रूट्स से सजाये. मिश्रण ठंडा होने के बाद फ्रीज़ में 2 घंटे के लिये रख दीजिये. उसके बाद फ्रीज़ से निकाल कर पीसेस में काट लीजिये. पिस्ता पुडिंग तैयार.

Pista Pudding Recipe In English

★ Take a bowl pour 2 cups of water, put china grass in water and soak it for 15 mins.

★ Grind pistas with some water in to paste in grinder.

★ Pour milk in a vessel, keep it on stove for boiling. When milk comes to boil, reduce the flame and add soaked china grass. Stir continuously and cook till china grass melts completely. Add pista paste, sugar, cardamom powder and mix well cook for 2 mins and then switch off the gas.

★ Grease a plate with butter. Put pista mixture in the plate and garnish with dry fruits. After mixture becomes cool, keep it in refrigerator for 2 hrs. After 2 hrs take it out from refrigerator and cut in to pieces. Tasty Pista Pudding is ready.
