Ingredients for Rajma Biryani Recipe in Hindi

बासमती – 2 कप (Basmati rice – 2 Cups)
राजमा – 1 कप (Kidney beans – 1 Cup)
दही – 1/2 cup (Curd)
टमाटर – 1 (Tomato)
प्याज़ – 2 (Onion)
धनिया पत्ता – 3 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves – 3 table spoons (Finely chopped))
दालचीनी – 1 इंच का टुकड़ा (Cinnamon – 1 inch piece)
धनिया – 1 Table spoon (Coriander seeds – 1 table spoon)
अदरक – 1 इंच का टुकड़ा (Ginger – 1 inch piece)
जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds – ½ tea spoon (Jeera))
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
हरी मिर्च – 2 (Green chilli)
हल्दी – 1/2 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
लौंग – 2 (Clove)
लहसुन – 5 (Garlic clove)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

Rajma Biryani Recipe

How to Make Rajma Biryani Recipe – विधि

★ राजमा को 8 घंटे भिगो कर रखे. भीगे हुये राजमा को धो कर कुकर में डालिये, पानी और नमक मिलाकर ढककर राजमा को पकने के लिये गैस पर रखे.

★ चावल को धो कर 15 मिनट तक भिगो कर रखे. प्याज़ और टमाटर को बारीक़ काट लीजिये. दालचीनी, इलायची, अदरक, लहसुन, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया, हरी मिर्च, लौंग, जीरा इन सबको मिक्सी से बारीक़ पीस लीजिये.

★ अब एक बर्तन में (जिसमे आप बिरयानी बनाते है) तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे प्याज़ डाल कर भुने. अब पीसा हुआ पेस्ट डाल कर भुने. अब कटा हुआ टमाटर, नमक डाल कर पकाये. टमाटर नरम होने के बाद दही डाल कर अछि तरह मिलाये. अब चावल, हल्दी, 2 कप पानी डाल कर उबाल आने बाद ढककर धीमी आंच पर पकाये. अब चावल आधा पकाने के बाद राजमा और धनिया पत्ता मिलाकर 10 मिनट पकाये. राजमा बिरयानी तैयार.

Rajma Biryani Recipe In English

★ Soak kidney beans for 8 hrs. Wash soaked kidney beans and put them in cooker. Pour water, add salt, cover it and keep it on stove to cook rajma.

★ Wash rice and soak them for 15 mins. Finely chop onions and tomatoes. Grind cinnamon, cardamom, clove, ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, coriander seeds, green chillies, cumin seeds in mixer.

★ Take a vessel (in which you prepare biryani) heat oil in it. Add onions and fry them. Add grinded paste and fry. Add tomatoes, salt and cook. After tomatoes become soft add curd and stir well. Add rice, turmeric powder, 2 cups water cover it with lid and cook till boil on low flame. After rice is half cooked add kidney beans, coriander leaves and cook for 10 mins. Tasty Rajma Biryani is ready.
