Ingredients for Soybean Dosa Recipe in Hindi

सोयाबीन का आटा – 1 कप (Soybean flour – 1 cup )
सूजी – 2 Table spoon (Semolina)
अदरक का पेस्ट – 1 T spoon (Ginger paste)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
हल्दी – 1/4 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste)
धनिया पत्ता – 1/2 cup (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup (finely chopped))
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil – as required)

How to Make Soybean Dosa Recipe – विधि

★ एक बाउल में सोयाबीन का आटा, नमक, सूजी, अदरक का पेस्ट, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी, धनिया पत्ता डाल कर मिलाये. उसके बाद थोड़ा थोड़ा पानी डाल कर डोसा बैटर की तरह घोल तैयार कर लीजिये और 10 मिनट के लिये एक साइड रख दीजिये.

★ दोसा बनाने के लिये नानस्टिक तवा गैस पर रखिये हल्का गरम कीजिये और तवे पर थोड़ा सा तेल डालकर चारों ओर फैलाइये, घोल लेकर तवे पर एक बड़ा चमचा मिश्रण भरकर तवे के बीच में डालिये और चमचे को गोल गोल घुमाते हुये, दोसे को तवे पर पतला फैलाइये. थोड़ा सा तेल चम्मच से दोसे के चारों ओर डालिये. दोसे को दोनों और सेक लीजिये. गरमा गरम सोयाबीन दोसा तैयार.

Soybean Dosa Recipe In English

★ Take a bowl add soybean flour, salt, semolina, ginger paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and mix. Add sufficient water and prepare dosa batter. Keep it aside for 10 mins.

★ For making dosa, keep a non-stick pan on stove and slightly heat it. Spread little oil on pan. Pour big spoon full of batter in middle of pan spread the batter in circular manner make thin dosa. Pour some oil on top and edges of dosa with a spoon. Fry dosa on both sides. Tasty Soybean Dosa is ready.
