Til Ka Chicken Recipe

Ingredients for Til Ka Chicken – आवश्यक सामग्री

चिकन – 1/2 kilo (स्किनलेस, बोनलेस) (Skinless, boneless chicken)
तिल – 2 T able spoon (Sesame seeds)
तिल का तेल – 1 Table spoon (Sesame oil)
सनफ्लॉवर तेल – 2 Table spoon (Sunflower oil)
मशरुम – 100 gm (Mushroom)
शिमला मिर्च – 1 (Capsicum)
हरा प्याज़ – 4 (Spring onion)
कॉर्न फ्लौर – 2 T spoon (Cron flour)
वेजिटेबल स्टॉक – 2 Table spoon (Vegetable stock)
निम्बू का रस – 1 Table spoon (Lemon juice)
सोया सॉस – 1 Table spoon (Soya sauce)
हरी मिर्च – आधा छोटा चम्मच (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Green chilli – ½ tea spoon (finely chopped) )
अदरक, लहसुन का पेस्ट – 1 Table spoon (Ginger, garlic paste)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)

How to Make Til Ka Chicken Recipes – विधि

सबसे पहले एक बर्तन में कॉर्न फ्लौर, वेजिटेबल स्टॉक, निम्बू का रस, हरी मिर्च, अदरक, लहसुन का पेस्ट, चिकन पीसेस को अछि तरह मिला कर ढककर फ्रीज़ में रक कर 4 घंटे के छोड़ दीजिये.मशरुम और शिमला मिर्च, हरा प्याज़ को पानी की सहायता से धोकर काट कर रक लीजिये. अब एक पेन तिल को तोडा पका कर निकला लीजिये, अब उसे पेन में सनफ्लॉवर तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये, उसमे बिना पानी के चिकन पीसेस डाल कर पका कर निकल लीजिये , अब उसमे डाले मशरुम, शिमला मिर्च, हरा प्याज़, नमक डाल कर पकाये. अब चिकन पीसेस डाल कर 5, 6 मिनट तक पकाये, अब तिल डाल कर अछि तरह मिला कर गैस बंद कर लीजिये.गरमा गरम तिल का चिकन तैयार.

Til Ka Chicken Recipe In English

Take a vessel, add corn flour, vegetable stock, lemon juice, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, chicken and mix well, cover it and keep it in refrigerator for 4 hrs. Wash mushroom, capsicum and spring onion with water and cut them to pieces.

Take a pan, slightly fry sesame seeds and keep them aside. In the same pan heat sunflower oil. Add chicken pieces without water, cook them and keep aside. Now add mushroom, capsicum, spring onion, salt and cook. Now add fried chicken pieces and cook for 5 to 6 mins. Add sesame seeds and mix well then switch off the gas. Tasty Til Ka Chicken is ready.
