Tomato Bhindi Sabzi Recipe

Ingredients for Tomato Bhindi Sabzi Recipe in Hindi

भिन्डी – 1/2 kilo (Lady finger)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
प्याज़ – 1 (Onion)
लहसुन – 8 (Garlic cloves)
धनिया पत्ता – 4 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves)
टमाटर – 250 g.m (Tomato)
पानी – 2 cup (Water)
वेजिटेबल स्टॉक – 2 Table spoon (Vegetable stock)
धनिया पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Coriander powder)
दालचीनी पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Cinnamon powder)
काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Black pepper powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)

How to Make Tomato Bhindi Sabzi Recipe – विधि

★ भिन्डी को धो कर, भिन्डी के दोनों और डंठल काट दीजिये भिन्डी को छोटे टुकड़ो में काट लीजिये, टमाटर को काट कर मिक्सी से पीस लीजिये.लहसुन और प्याज़ को बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे कटा हुआ भिन्डी डाल कर भून कर निकाल लीजिये.

★ अब एक और कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. तेल गरम होने बाद कटा हुआ प्याज़, लहसुन, धनिया पत्ता डाल कर भुने. अब भुना हुआ भिन्डी, पिसा हुआ टमाटर, पानी, वेजिटेबल स्टॉक, नमक डाल कर पकाये.

★ उसके बाद गैस धीमी करके धनिया पाउडर, काली मिर्च पाउडर, दालचीनी पाउडर डाल कर ग्रेवी गाड़ा होने तक पका लीजिये. गरमा गरम भिन्डी टमाटर करी तैयार.

Tomato Bhindi Sabzi Recipe In English

★ Wash okra, cut edges and cut them into small pieces. Cut tomatoes and grind them in grinder. Finely chop onions and garlic.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add okra fry them and keep aside.

★ Heat oil in another pan. Add onions, garlic, coriander leaves and fry. Add fried okra, tomato paste, water, vegetable stock, salt and cook.

★ After that reduce the flame and add coriander powder, black pepper powder, cinnamon powder and cook till gravy becomes thick. Tomato Bhindi Sabzi is ready.
